As days begin to warm up, we naturally start thinking of springtime and flowers. It is time to place your flower orders during Loveable Smiles 4th Annual Spring Flower Fundraiser to Benefit Children’s Dental Clinic at The Network of Community Ministries. The event is hosted by Loveable Smiles.

The Network Dental Clinic serves needy children in the Richardson Independent School District with free dental care. Dr. Korenman has been volunteering regularly at the clinic since it opened in January 2010. Your order of flowers will help support this worthy cause to aid local school children.

Choose from a variety of flowers including Begonias, Mexican Heather, Coleus, Impatiens, Lantana, Zinnias, Marigolds, Moss Rose, Periwinkles, Dusty Miller, and Dianthus in flats composed of 18 four-inch pots for a cost of $18.

Other options include nine varieties of hanging baskets or assorted gallon options at only $8. These quality plants are grown and supplied by Bruce Miller Nursery, a local nursery. Orders are due in our office by Wednesday, April 11th. They will be ready for pick up on Friday, April 13th from 1:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. in the Loveable Smiles parking lot.

“Students with dental needs who have no dental insurance or Medicaid are referred by the school nurse to the clinic,” says Dr. Korenman. “It is completely free of charge and run by volunteer dentists in the Richardson area like myself. It is our belief that children who are free of dental pain can eat healthier foods and their learning potential increases as they feel better.”
