Kathy, our Office Manager, is a native Texan raised in the Dallas area. She has lived in Richardson 15 years with her wonderful husband and her favorite (and only) daughter. She is very proud of her son who is serving in the U.S. Army and so are we all. Kathy began her dental career over 20 years ago as a Certified Dental Assistant and then moved into the role of Business Assistant.
Kathy utilizes her skills developed for those 20 years to find a financial plan to obtain the care you need as well as to help you to utilize your benefits. You will love her positive energy although she has occasionally been accused of being “too perky”on the phone but she is OK with that. You will always hear her loveable smile when you call.
Karen is our Dental Hygienist. Caring about people led Karen to a career in Dental Hygiene. At Loveable Smiles she applies the skills and knowledge gained from her more than 20 years experience in general dental, cosmetic, periodontal and childrens’ dental practices.
Her primary goal for each patient is that they experience a comfortable and pleasant dental visit. Once you have your teeth cleaned by Karen, no one else will do! She also coaches and encourages our patients on the things they can do at home to ensure that they will have healthy teeth and gums for life.
Karen enjoys spending time with her husband and two grown sons, extended family and friends. She appreciates good art, physical fitness and blue skies. In another life Karen would have been a ballerina. Her motto is Keep Smiling 
Sandi, our Dental Assistant, was also born and raised in the Dallas area. She has lived within a 30 mile radius her entire life. Sandi knew at age 6 that she wanted to work in dentistry, and at 16 her dream was realized when she became a dental assistant. She has worked in the profession for 27 years and still loves it today.

Sandi has two children, Jaclynn 24, and Jayce 17 and is so proud of her grandson, Cayden an energetic 4 year-old.
