 The most common complaint our patients have about their teeth is that they are discolored or faded. Fortunately, there are a variety of teeth whitening treatments available. The simplest tooth whitening treatment is at-home whitening with either 16% or 22% carbamine peroxide. This takes several weeks to accomplish and involves wearing thin trays in your mouth for only 1-2 hours per day or while you sleep. We also offer the state of the art ZOOM system, performed in-office, with guaranteed results. In about an hour your teeth can be 8-12 shades lighter. Perhaps the most effective method for whitening teeth is through the placement of porcelain veneers or Lumineers, which produce very long term, stain resistant teeth. With veneers or Lumineers, we can achieve the most uniform overall color and make the teeth whiter than with only whitening technology. All three methods work well.
